Despite having a great deal of evidence that I did not authorize $8,000.00 in fraudulent charges, letter from Ms. Amanda Santiago at Chase Bank (received Friday 1/28/2011) still insists I am responsible for these charges. I am requesting answers to my questions about their previous letter, none of which were addressed in Ms. Santiago's letter.
